Dear Reader,

Having just returned from the annual Vinitaly wine fair in Verona I’m really pleased to feature two wines from that region. The first is an outstanding, Wine Spectator 91 point wine, that is changing the reputation of Soave. The second is a Ripasso Valpolicella Superiore so good that Vintages selected it as their ”Benchmark” feature, a “reference point for Ripasso“.
