Pours medium yellow gold. Iodine, smoke, sandalwood and incense aromas follow through to flavours of pear, seaweed, smoke, lemongrass and almond. Intense and smooth with a medium frame, the whisky builds to a long finish with smoke, seaweed and white pepper notes lingering. Pair with oysters, sashimi or charcuterie.
