Contraluz Cristalino Mezcal

The ‘first’ premium and artisanal cristalino mezcal.  This 100% artisanal mezcal, boasts a new-to-market filtration process that uses activated charcoal to produce a colourless, smooth flavour profile without compromising on the spirit’s signature taste.  Made from cultivated Espadín agave that is matured for approximately six months in charred American oak barrels.  Casa Lumbre has applied its proprietary method of small-batch filtration to matured mezcal to deliver the first Cristalino mezcal.

Flavours of green agave, citrus and light smoke are complemented by notes of vanilla, cedar, honey and dried fruit. Its finish is sweet and long-lasting, balanced by the taste of cooked agave, clove and cacao.
