Domaine Chatelain has been family-owned since the 17th century, and Vincent Chatelain, the most recent owner, represents the 11th generation to run the estate. This is a mineral-etched Pouilly-Fumé bringing suggestions of crushed rocks, smoky gunflint - underlined by the French oak in which 10% of the wine was aged for five months - chamomile and grapefruit, along with a hint of freshly cut grass.
