Pours yellow gold in the glass. Ethereal notes of sweet hay, pear, white blossom, clover honey and spice waft to your nose. On the palate, upfront flavours of pear, blossom and honey give way to subtle smoke and white pepper notes. The finish is long, subtle and complex. Pair with smoked trout, lobster or crab legs.
