The cuvée Harmonie has the characteristic aromas of Pouilly Fumé, with a pronounced gunflint taste and a minerality typical of our soils. Bright white, pale golden yellow with a floral, minty nose with spices. In the mouth, it is flinty and typical minerality of the terroirs. Cellaring potential of 4 to 5 years.
