La Copa Vermouth Rojo

González Byass revives the tradition of making Red Vermouth using historical recipes preserved in the winery's archives since 1896.  Crafted from fine soleras of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherries, along with a carefully selected blend of eight botanicals: wormwood, savory, clove, orange, nutmeg, cinnamon, angelica, and cinchona bark. On the palate, its smoothness and elegance stand out, reminiscent of its Jerez origins. It's the perfect aperitif for reviving the classic "vermouth hour."
