Rustenberg Wild Fermented Unwooded Chardonnay

Rustenberg is a well-known producer of premium Chardonnay and the Unwooded Chardonnay is the only unoaked iteration of this varietal in the Rustenberg range: "This may not be 'wooded' but the wild yeast fermentation has packed in bready, toasty character. Some buttery and fudgy notes from malolactic fermentation. So if expecting simple apple chardonnay, think again. It is quite full bodied and full flavoured, with almost creamy texture, and some heat.
